Common Rail, Pressure Sensor and Pressure Control Valve Testing
Evolve Diesel and Turbo uses OUS Solution Equipment to perform above standard testing and reporting on most common rail applications and aim to expand the range of available testing in this section.
This service verifies fuel pressure sensors and rail control valves are functioning within spec. Faulty sensors can cause limp mode, poor fuel economy, or false fault codes. We use live pressure simulations and signal readings to confirm accuracy.
