Evolve Diesel and Turbo uses OUS Solution Equipment to perform above standard testing and reporting on most common rail high pressure pump applications. We specialise but are not limited to the newer generation electronically controlled pumps.
Pump testing checks fuel delivery pressure, leak-off rates, and internal wear using specialized test benches. We provide detailed diagnostics to confirm pump condition before repairs are done.
Ideal for workshops diagnosing hard starting, rail pressure faults, or inconsistent injector operation.
