Piezo Electrical Testing on Common Rail Injectors
Evolve Diesel and Turbo uses OUS Solution Equipment to perform a series of tests at different parameters to identify the current deterioration of the “un-repairable” piezo electric stack.
A detailed report indicates the outcome of the plausibility to repair a said injector or not.
Piezo injectors require specific RLC testing to confirm the piezo stack is functioning correctly. Our electrical testing evaluates resistance, capacitance, and leakage to ensure reliable operation before reinstallation or sale.
Critical for workshops dealing with BMW, Mercedes, and VW piezo diesel systems, or anyone testing Delphi or Bosch piezo models.
